First of all I must say that "portraits" as subject seems to be something that you like most and do best. Doing a good portrait takes a lot from the artist since you're usually not showing much of a figure, unless it is a portrait with chair (for instance).
There is much danger that it could turn into something boring that doesn't have much impact on the viewer.

Your figure seems interesting and appealing all over. You used a color variant that is not often seen with this style of portraits. Violet, the color of depression combined with gold is giving her a serious yet noble look, but also strict with a little sadness. Pink also is a pretty unusual hair color for such sort of figure so you totally succeeded in all terms in making this intersting and unique.

But - and here comes why you lost some stars for this rating. Her straight to viewer staring seems pretty artificial. This can be good but it also can be bad. Saying this about a portrait, I have nothing else than the eyes, cause this is what I use to communicate as a human. So when these make me shrug back, I will not look at your portrait for too long, and I will feel uneasy while looking at it, while I feel that you actually wanted to do something that keeps the viewers interest.

When you are agreeing with me, I would suggest you to check the position of pupils and eyelashes. The eyes seem like the same eye painted once and then being flipped, the eyes are also pretty wide open and the pupils aren't that good in pose. Changing this could give this wonderful painting a lot of more impact!
