DESCRIPTION FOR THE VIDEO, PLEASE READ:
This is my very favourite painting. It originally only took me 6 hours to make and I loved every bit of it. While creating my painting videos I was wondering how I could me working with a reference to demonstrate my very good eye and that unlike in my beginnings, I am painting by hand for quite a long while already.

This video shows me handling my work like what is called doing a "masterstudy", which means you have a piece of art that you put under analysis and then repaint as good as possible to learn from it. For me it was more a thought of rebuilding what I had done already, and most importantly do that from scratch.

The video is realtime, the session covers over 4 hours of painting with me taking a break after 3 hours, when the painting is mostly finished already. (I was a little faster this time since I already knew what I was doing).
